FLU SHOT OR NOT?? That is the Question....

So here it goes, I never considered on getting a flu shot especially since I rarely get sick. But one day at my office, we had a doctor give out flu shots to employees and so I finally got one. Now I always wondered what this so called "vaccine" really is and/or what is really does to the human body. I, for one is really BIG on "natural" and "real" ingredients but somehow injected myself with a "in-active" virus. (What was I thinking to not do my proper research study on this issue prior before it happened?) Apparently they say that it tricks your body into thinking that its has the flu virus and builds up anti-bodies to fight against it. However, I don't think this can be a good solution to the prevention of this virus. Nor do I think its a good idea to "Punk" the body...Because Homie don't play that!! haha

Anyway, its been about 3 weeks after getting the flu shot for the 1st time & I have already been sick 2 times....So at this point, I completely call "Bullshit"! & I don't like the taste of it! You can decide what you think is best for you...but as for me, NEVER again will I get any type of vaccine. They are full of harmful ingredients that may cause more long term damage.

Only time will tell, as for now...we are just guinea pigs!! So make sure you keep you immune system boosted with getting lots of proper sleep & eating the right foods & vitamins.

Daily Morning Stretch-Getting the Body's Circulation Flowing!

Stretching in the morning is a great way to "waken" up your muscles, and get them ready for the day. Stretching losens up your body while increasing blood flow to your muscles.

Incorporating morning stretches into your daily routine is a positive way to begin each day, so instead of hitting the snooze button in the morning, take the extra 10 minutes to stretch. It's a great way to get the juices going in the morning and ease away any stress or tension from the previous day's activity or a funky sleeping position.
Most importantly that we must realize that as we age...we tighten up & are even more prone to injury.

Stretching positions should include each of the major muscle groups and should be held for at least 20 seconds or longer to get the maximum benefit in loosen up muscles. Be sure to hold the stretch… most people like to bounce in their stretches, leading to injury, which is one of the main reasons why you are stretching in the first place.

Stretching can be a great means of a nice “cool down”, after a workout as well  & is ideal but ultimately you want to prevent this build up of lactic acid to create increased mobility for the following days to come. It definitely won’t prevent soreness all together, but it will help to get you back into the gym and continue on in the journey towards a healthy living. With this being said, a light, 5-minute cardio session should follow your stretching to cleanse the blood of all the lactic acid floating around in the body.

Samples:
Stretch #1
1)Sit on the edge of your bed with your feet on the floor.
2)Bend over, reaching your hands toward your feet.
3)Arch your back.
4)Hold for a count of 10.
5)Repeat 5 more times.

Stretch #2
1)Remain seated on the edge of your bed with your feet on the floor.
2)Rotate your neck in a circle, touching your ears to your shoulders.
3)Rotate slowly in a clockwise direction 5 times.
4)Rotate slowly in a counter clockwise direction 5 times.

Stretch #3
1)Remain seated on the edge of your bed with your feet on the floor.
2)Shrug your shoulders up to your ears.
3)Repeat 10 more times.

Stretch #4
1)Stand next to your bed.
2)Lace your fingers together.
3)Raise your hands above your head, palms upward.
4)Lift up stretching your rib cage.
5)Hold for a count of 10.
6)Repeat 5 more times.

Stretch #5
1)Remain stading next to your bed.
2)Bend over and touch your fingers to your toes while keeping your knees straight.
3)Hold for a count of 10.
4)Repeat 5 more times.

Or if you don't even want to leave the bed..here is a lil cheat stretch sheesh: So now you have NO MORE EXCUSES!!

7 Essential Vitamins for a Healthy Body

There are several essential vitamins for woman, which help maintain a healthy mind & fit body. The required amount of intake of these vitamins varies according to your stage of life.  For instance, if you are pregnant you need more folic acid. If you are in your menopausal years, you need more of the bone strengthening vitamin D.

1.       VITAMIN A-Vitamin A includes the carotenoids and retinol. Aside from keeping your eyes healthy and preventing age-related blindness due to macular degeneration, vitamin A also acts as an antioxidant. It neutralizes free radicals, which potentially damage your cell. It also appears to boost your immunity through this mechanism. Beta-carotene , which is sometimes called provitamin A, can be found in fruits & vegetables such as tomatoes, guavas, carrots, pumpkins, apricots and all leafy vegetables.

2.       VITAMIN  B6-Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine helps in metabolism and in facilitating brain function. It can help you boost your memory. If you are deficient in this vitamin, you can have anemia, poor brain function and even depression.  Bananas, cereals, oatmeal, avocados, beans, meat or poultry and seeds are rich in vitamin B6.

3.       VITAMIN B9-Vitamin B9 or folic acid is very important particularly during pregnancy. If you do not take sufficient amounts of folic acid  during pregnancy, your child could suffer from a poorly developed  nervous system and mental retardation. This vitamin is also important for the production of blood cells, thereby preventing anemia. If you want to ensure that you are taking enough of folic acid, include green leafy vegetables, legumes, fortified grains, eggs and liver in your diet.

4.
V   VITAMIN B12- Vitamin *12 also called cyanocobalamin, plays a role in the formation of new cells and in the production of proteins, as well as for metabolism.  Sourced of this vitamin include, milk, yogurt, cheese, eggs, meat and fish.  If you are a vegetarian, you are at a higher risk of deficiency of this vitamin. Therefore, you need to take daily vitamin B12 supplementation.

5.       VITAMIN C-Also called ascorbic acid, vitamin C serves as an antioxidant and is important in facilitating wound healing. It helps in formation of collagen, which is needed in great amount for the repair of wounds.  It also help in production of new red blood cells, which deliver oxygen to your brain and to other cells of your body.  Vitamin C is present in citrus fruits, grapefruits, strawberries, tomatoes and broccoli.

6.       VITAMIN D- Also called cholecalciferol, vitamin D actually functions as a hormone and regulates bone homeostasis, together with calcium. It is important in the maintenance of strong healthy bones. A deficiency of this vitamin can cause you to have osteoporosis. You can get this vitamin by exposing yourself to early-morning sunlight, and eating fish and vitamin-fortified products.

7.       VITAMIN E- Vitamin E or tocopherol acts as an antioxidant. Aside from its functions in the production of red blood cells and in the maintenance of the integrity of cellular membranes, it has long been proposed that vitamin E can help slow down aging.  Sources of this vitamin include nuts and nut products, wheat germ, cod liver oil, corn oil, safflower oil and margarine.

A Multi-vitamin that I currently take on a daily basis & recommend is Alive Once Daily- Mult-Vitamin Ultra Potency

The Weight of Objects-Clearing a Space for Change & Growth!

The Weight of Objects
Clearing a Space for Change

We hold onto material objects because we think they make us feel secure, when in reality they are cluttering our lives.

In life, we tend to have an easier time acquiring possessions than we do getting rid of them. Just as we harbor emotional baggage that is difficult to let go of, our lives can tend to be filled with material objects that we may feel compelled to hold on to. Most people are not conscious of how much they own and how many of their possessions are no longer adding value to their life. They fiercely hold on to material objects because this makes them feel secure or comfortable. While it’s true that the ownership of “stuff” can make you feel good for awhile, it seldom satisfies the deep inner longings that nearly everyone has for fulfillment and satisfaction. It is only when we are ready to let go of our baggage and be vulnerable that it becomes possible to recognize the emotional hold that our possessions can have on us.

It’s not uncommon to hold on to material objects because we are attached to them or fear the empty spaces that will remain if we get rid of them. Giving away the souvenirs from a beloved voyage may feel like we are erasing the memory of that time in our life. We may also worry that our loved ones will feel hurt if we don’t keep the gifts they’ve given us. It’s easy to convince ourselves that unused possessions might come in handy someday or that parting with them will cause you emotional pain. However, when your personal space is filled with objects, there is no room for anything new to enter and stay in your life. Your collection of belongings may “protect” you from the uncertainties of an unknown future while keeping you stuck in the past. Holding on to unnecessary possessions often goes hand in hand with holding on to pain, anger, and resentment, and letting go of your material possessions may help you release emotional baggage.

When you make a conscious decision to fill your personal space with only the objects that you need or bring you joy, your energy level will soar. Clearing your personal space can lead to mental clarity and an improved memory. As you learn to have a more practical and temporary relationship to objects, positive changes will happen, and you’ll have space to create the life that you desire.

4 Important Exercises Every High-Heel Wearer Should Do

There may be benefits to working out in heels, but those leg-lengtheners can also be bad news for your body. Constant heel wearing can lead to a host of problems, from inflamed nerves to long-term joint problems. Scary stuff, right? I'm a high-heel fan, but after listening to a long explanation (read: lecture) about the horrible effects of high heels from my trainer last week, I've been trying to combat a bit of the damage. Read on for three important types of strengthening and stretching exercises for anyone who is head over heels for high heels.

  • Calves. Hoofing it on heels leaves your calf muscles in a shortened position, which can mean weakened muscles when the heels come off. Remember to stretch out your calves after wearing heels in order to give them relief.
Find three more important areas every high-heel wearer should strengthen after the break.
  • Ankles. Walking on stick-thin stiletto heels is no small feat. To help prevent a tumble and serious injury, incorporate simple exercises that strengthen your ankles, like walking on your tiptoes and doing squats on the Bosu.
  • Balance. The lift you get from wearing heels also challenges your body's sense of equilibrium, which can mean a lot of muscles are working to keep you upright. This can lead to more pressure on your lower back, so add a few yoga moves to your morning routine, trace the alphabet with one foot while standing on one leg, and focus on ab-strengthening exercises in order to help your body reposition itself correctly when you've strutting with those four-inchers.
  • Achilles tendon. If you're a regular heel wearer, switching abruptly from heels to flats can cause Achilles tendonitis — when your Achilles tendon, which attaches to your calf muscle, becomes inflamed. Make sure you keep your Achilles tendon happy with a few strengthening stretches like this one: stand on a step or curb with your heels hanging off, and rise up and down on your toes.

Essentials of LIFE: 9 Best Times To Drink Water

9 Best Times To Drink Water

Are You Drinking Water When You Need It Most

By Rose Alexander
How do you feel about drinking water? Naturally, you probably drink some water in the course of a day. Even if you don’t have a glass of clear water, you can find more limited sources of drinking water in beverages like tea and coffee, and in foods such as soups and stews. Did you know that drinking water could be a lifesaver? Pure, clean drinking water does much to keep your body running smoothly and to guard your health. Want to drink more water to benefit your health? Try these tips for identifying nine times that your body needs drinking water most.

1. Drink water when you first get up.
Imagine walking into a dark room and looking for something. Chances are you will stumble and maybe even fall unless you turn on the light. Or consider starting your car in sub-zero temperatures and putting it into gear without waiting for the engine to warm up. Either situation can lead to problems or even disasters. The same is true of the human body. Without water to “wake up and turn on” the body each day, you may be running on empty, especially if you skip breakfast altogether. Have a glass of cool water right after you wake up in the morning to tell your body it’s time to get started. Like a gently flowing stream that pushes along debris and rocks, your circulatory system needs fluid to get rid of stubborn free radicals and residue from burned calories that were used during the night’s metabolism. Refresh your system with a drink of water.

2. Drink water before each meal.
Drinking water before a meal helps you feel fuller, so you may be less likely to attack your meal like a starving person. Water helps prepare the stomach for the food that will follow, waking up taste buds on the tongue and moisturizing the stomach lining so brittle or acidic foods won’t be uncomfortable. Having a glass of water clears your mouth of dryness or leftover tastes from earlier dining, drinking, or smoking in anticipation of the food that is coming.

3. Drink water with a snack.
Between meals, if you feel hungry, try some fresh drinking water first to see if you are dehydrated. Sometimes people think they are hungry when they really are just thirsty. If you shop at the grocery store or supermarket while dehydrated, chances are you are going to spend more to subconsciously fill that empty urge. Drinking water before a snack, or with one, will help you feel full faster and perhaps eat less, a habit that could benefit two-thirds of our nation that is considered overweight or obese.

4. Drink water before a workout.
Depending on the temperature, humidity, and your body’s fluid levels, you may need one or several glasses of water, each about eight ounces, to arm yourself against dehydration during an indoor or outdoor workout.

Whether you play for a sports team or simply jog for personal fitness, hydration is essential to help guard against heat stroke in warm weather and frostbite in cold temperatures, as your body’s circulation plays a protective role in both seasons.
5. Drink water after a workout.
Following your exercise session, drink up to replace fluids lost by sweating and physical labor. Don’t drink too much too quickly, or you could induce stomach cramps. But make sure you drink enough so you don’t stay dehydrated.

6. Have water with your medication, if allowed.
If you are allowed to take water with your medication, do so. Water helps to dissolve the medication and spread it throughout your digestive organs for rapid absorption. Water prepares the tissues to receive the substance and put it to work right away. Water also helps medicine work its way through your system and out the other end, which can be beneficial when you take harsh medications with side effects.

7. Drink more water to prevent illness following exposures.
If you are around sick people in the hospital or at work and school, drink a little more water than usual to wash away germs and viruses that your body may have picked up from exposure to these people. A well-hydrated body helps to move along any invaders before they settle down and multiply in your system. Drinking water each day before or after going out in public can help to prevent certain types of viruses, or lessen their severity.

8. Drink more water when you’re ill.
When you do become ill, drink plenty of fluids—the old-time recipe still works. Most experts recommend drinking eight glasses of water each day (eight ounces per glass), in addition to other fluids like tea, juice, and soup.
People in the hospital often have an IV dripping water into their vein continuously so they can keep hydrated as well as maintain a line to your body if medications are needed.

9. Have a glass of water when you’re tired.
Feeling tired? Fatigued? Need a nap but can’t take one? Have a glass of water. Because of its ability to move quickly throughout the body, water can reach your brain and activate it right before a meeting or other situation where you need to pay attention. Cold water, especially, will wake up your body to keep you alert.

Drink pure, clean water without contaminants.
People who live in urban areas that have their own water supply may be able to drink tap water with no problem. Others that live in more rural areas and rely on well water or ground water sometimes decide to purchase processed water to avoid possible chemicals in drinking water. They may also be avoiding pollution from farm runoff, industrial landfills, and other toxic sources of contamination. If you don’t buy bottled water, you can get a filter for your kitchen faucet that will remove up to 99% of local contaminants to purify your drinking water. Contact your local public health service for a referral to water testing systems that can come and check your water as well as advise you how to treat it or take precautions if any are needed.
Stop drinking water two hours before bedtime.
If you don’t like getting up at night to use the bathroom, avoid fluids two hours before bedtime, and visit the bathroom a couple of times before you go to bed. You can keep a glass of drinking water close to your bed in case you wake up thirsty at night, but keep in mind you might have to get up and use the bathroom before daybreak.

There is no replacement for clear, pure, natural drinking water. Over the past few decades, it has gotten scarcer, with the result that more and more people are choosing to buy processed water or installing filters in their homes. Water used to be a free or cheap resource; not so any longer. Nowadays you have to check the water for bacteria and toxins before you can safely use it in your home for everyday activities like cooking, bathing, and cleaning. Don’t take your water supply for granted. Find out if your drinking water is safe, and if not, what you can do to make it usable.

The 13 Laws 2 Live Happy in LA~ (in a Nutshell!) by Craig Clemens

Ah, Los Angeles. The City of Angels. But in this town it can
feel like you are living among some devils sometimes… and
guess what... you are.

While Los Angeles has been good to me both personally and
professionally, I realize that I am fortunate. This city can
chew you up and beat you down. I've seen too many people
show up with big eyes and big dreams only to run back to
their hometown with their tail between their legs 6 months
later with nothing to show for it but an empty bank account
and a broken soul.

But this isn't even the worst of it. There is some serious
fucking partying going on in this town (winning?) and hey -
it's a lot of fun. So much fun that it's easy to get sucked in…
and before you know it you could find yourself at 50 years
old still snapping cell phone pics of the sunrise from a
stranger's house in the hills on a random Tuesday morn.
You can't make this shit up.
So, for all of you newbies… and my fellow veterans as well…
I wanted to throw down a few ideas that might help ya keep
your head on straight and heart in a happy place as you
navigate the conveyor belt of life that is being in your 20's
or 30's in LA.
Disclaimer: I'm no "expert" and have certainly made my
share of mistakes myself (ok, I've made a shit ton). But I do
consider myself fortunate that after 6 years of this shizz I've
found myself better off than where I started both personally
and professionally… so if a jackass like me can progress
following these rules than YOU should be able to do even
BETTER :)
Let's get right into it…
"The 13 Laws To A Happy LA Life"
1. You Will Be Happiest Going Out 1-2 Nights A Week

I used to feel that I NEEDED to go out 3-4 nights a week just
to keep in touch with my friends, the scene, blah blah blah.
Some weeks I'd go out 6.
But I'd always find myself happiest when I went out 2.
When you go out too much, it becomes routine. Boring.
But when you only go out 1-2 nights a week, you are fucking
EXCITED about those 2 nights a week. And you have a WHOLE
LOT more fun.
Try it.
2. Conquer Your F.O.M.O.
F.O.M.O. Fear Of Missing Out. A disease that can ruin your
LIFE (seriously), but easily conquerable if you think it through.
Here's the deal:
LA has a LOT going on.
There is a new club opening weekly, and every club has 3-4
"grand openings". There are awards parties, maxim parties,
fake awards parties, and it seems like every day it's a
different friends' birthday.
It is sooo fucking easy to get dragged away from real life into
nightlife and this holds true EVERY freaking night.
But the upside to this?
There Will ALWAYS Be Another Party.

I don't care how good the party is you are considering missing.
Hottest promoters in town opening a brand new club? They will
do the same exact thing next month. Jay-Z's All-Star party?
Elton's Oscar party is the next week. Friend's birthday party?
Heck, they'll probably have 3 or 4!
This isn't Tulsa, Oklahoma. In LA you should NEVER sweat
missing a party, because there will ALWAYS be another just
as good.
3. Thou Shalt Workout 3X+ A Week

If you are reading this, you are probably a young, sexy mofo.
In your prime, or close to it.
And guess what?
Your clock is ticking.
You will NEVER ever ever again in YOUR LIFE have the chance
to look this sexy EVER again! The time to take care of your body
and look your best is not next year, not when you hit 30 or 40
and your body stops metabolizing… it is RIGHT FUCKING NOW.
So eat right, hit the gym and TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR PRIME.
Getting in the best shape you can now also keeps you looking
sexier LONGER… so when you are old and gray you'll have a
big advantage over the fools who waited to start.
Do it.
4. Limit "Serious Raging" To 3x a Year

Remember how we just talked about being "in your prime"?
Well I personally feel that your "prime time" is also the time in
your life when you should RAGE!
But only on special occasions, and certainly not every night.
If you find yourself poppin' Mollie's and racking lines on random
club nights out, my friend, I don't need to tell you that is not good.
It's no secret this beats THE SHIT outta your body (probably
more than we like to admit)… and even though we are young…
it takes some time to recover.
If you do feel the need to rage, limit your raging to a maximum
of 3 times a year, and schedule it out.
New Year's Eve, your birthday, 4th of July. Maybe even NASCAR.
I tell myself to make sure it's something special, because I only
get 3 times.
Try it out.
5. Do Not Douche

So you've finally kind of "made it" in LA… and you're either a
connected-enough guy or a hot enough/connected-enough
girl that you're partying with celebs, flying private, or you've
got yourself a new Benz (or got someone to buy you one).
And now, you want to show all of your friends from back home.
Well please, for the love of God and your LA reputation, send
them a personal email with these pics of you doing this instead
of throwing them all over your Facebook… because to your fellow
LA folk who are at the same parties and on the same plane and
doing the same shit… you look like a megadouche.
Consider yourself fortunate for being able to do this fun stuff,
and be humble.
I think you'll find it feels even BETTER.
6. Advance Yourself In Things You Love

Hey, remember those 5 nights a week I suggested you don't go
out?
I know what you were thinking… "What the fuck am I supposed
to do now?"

It's easy - advance yourself in something you like.

Take a dancing class, go down to Blick and teach yourself to
paint (it can't be that hard!), buy a recipe book and learn to
cook something amazing, or go to Borders and buy a non-
fiction book on something that interests you.
You can still have your American Idol night, but make at least
one "Advancement Night" for yourself each week and you'll
have a happier soul.
6. For The Ladies - Do Not Star-Fuck/Gold-Dig/Climb-Fuck

So you're from Idaho and the guy from XYZ show wants to bang
you. You've seen him on TV and I know it's exciting but DON'T
DO IT.
Because guess what? That super rich guy who just dropped 50K
at the table next to you also wants to bang you. I know if you do
you might get to ride on the jet and get taken shopping on
Rodeo but I STILL suggest YOU DON'T DO IT.
Because guess what? That super agent who will get you modeling
gigs and into all of the hottest parties and events ALSO wants to
bang you.
DON'T DO IT.
Why not?
Well, because word gets around.
Yeah, you could probably get away with banging one of these guys
and not get labeled as Star-Fucker/Gold-Digger/Climb-Fucker…
but you never know. But here's something I DO know…
One of these days you're gonna get a little sick of the party scene,
and decide you want to meet a good guy to have as your boyfriend.
But unfortunately, no good guy wants to date seriously a present or
former Star-Fucker/Gold-Digger/Climb-Fucker.
Yeah, the good guy might bang you also. But think about what you
really want.
**NOTE: I know a few rich guys, famous guys, and real, legit agents
who are truly awesome dudes. But I don't feel you should have sex
with any of them for the wrong reasons either.
7. For The Guys - Do Not Drug-Fuck

So, you heard if you carry around a bag of blow and a bunch of E
you'll have a better chance of getting some action in this crazy
fucked up town.
Well sadly, you might be right.
But you, senor, may also want to settle down someday… and guess
what… word gets around.
No girl wants to seriously date the "drug fucker guy"… but more
than that… giving people - especially young girls - drugs is fucking
DANGEROUS… to them and to you.
I know of a few lives that have been ruined this way, which is sad,
because a guy can get just as much action without this crutch, and
(obviously) higher quality girls.
8. Get The Fuck Outta Town

I think everyone hits a point living here where it just becomes OLD.
The same people, same places that were fun weeks ago now want
to make you barf.
Take a trip outta down. Doesn't have to be fancy or expensive.
Head down to SD for the weekend, or up to Santa Barbara.
And do this AT LEAST once a month.
It'll clear your head out, and make LA fun again.
Trust.
9. Do Not "Bigger, Better"

So you've been here 6 months and you are now SUPER dialed in.
Every night of the week people are hitting you up with fun things
to do.
Well don't insult them by saying, "I'll try" when you are really just
waiting for something better to come along.
Those who do this are painfully obvious, and this gets old REAL
fast.
Sure, you'll keep getting invites to stuff from club promoters and
cheeseballs, but nothing scares off your REAL friends and QUALITY
people than someone who constantly "Bigger, Betters".
10. Do Not Flake

'nuff said. If you want to repel the good folks from your life this is
the best way to do it.
11. Find Non-Party Activities That You Enjoy

It sounds silly… but I remember a 3 month period of my life when
I was partying so hard every Friday and Saturday night that my
beautiful LosAngeles weekend days were spent IN BED.
Sad, but true.
These days I go for a hike and I look back on that period as
pathetic… because it was.
We live by the BEACH! We have canyons to hike and museums to
see and you can play sports and ride a bike and surf and skate and
go wine tasting and food tasting and who doesn't LOVE tearing up
a mall?
Sure, party all night once in awhile. But sometimes when you have
the day off the next day it's a great reason to go to bed EARLY so
you get up early and make it YOURS.
12. Keep Your Real Friends & Family Close

When you move to Hollywood you're going be doing some big city
shit that your hometown homies aren't into… and heck… probably
wouldn't even believe.
But even though they are back home married with kids or whatever,
make sure to keep 'em in your life.
Same goes for your folks.
A phone call or Facebook message is all it takes to stay connected
with the people who loved you pre-LA and will keep loving you no
matter what.
Make sure they know you still love them back.
13. Get To Know Your "High-Five" Friends

"OMG, LA is filled with douchebags and sluts and scumbags and
uggggh!"
But how do you know this?
Because YOU are here to see them!
And you're not that bad, right?
And that's the true beauty of Los Angeles. Because while we have
our fair share of rodents and scum… we have MORE than our fair
share of GREAT PEEPS.
I think it's safe to say that Angelenos are some of the best people
IN THE WORLD.
Take advantage of this, and make some real friends.
Meet that person you rage at the tables with out for lunch.
Go to the same yoga class every single week.
Or the same dog park.
Who knows… you might just meet your new best friend… or the
love of your life.
And maybe… just maybe… you'll realize the *other* love of your
life will always be…
The City Of LA.
Craig
P.S. (feel free to forward this to your friends if you liked it, just
please leave my name on it as maybe someone will "discover"
it and offer me a book deal :) )

MILK- It DOESN'T Do a Body Good!!!

I must say that I used to Love Milk!! I would prob drink about 3 glasses a day. However, after further review of such research studies, I've decided MILK-It Doesn't do a Body Good at all!! You can get the same amount of calcium from greens/lettuces.  Don't be brainwashed to what the media feeds you.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXugZChaFoY&feature=related

I'm still wondering who even said that breast feeding from a cow was even good for u. The human doesn't need the breast milk/lactate from a cow that is prob disease infested, treated cruel, raised in small over crowded areas. & the whole MILK does a body Good- is all just media propaganda to lead u to believe that it is good for you.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SBBFTpTMUbc&feature=related

Dairy alone is already bad enough but rBst is a hormone they give to cows to produce more milk etc..cows are supposed to live 14yrs but now only living 4yrs. rBst is banned in Europe however the Us government says there is no significant difference...but common sense u decide. FDA & USDA will pass almost anything...they dont care for your health. Welcome to America where you're just a number/consumer!!

Its your BODY...Put whatever you want into it...But don't say I didn't WARN you!!

"HARD TARGET INVESTIGATION- Facts from Robert Cohen, author of "MILK THE DEADLY POISON" 1) Genetically engineered hormones used to produce more milk in cows. Bovine Growth Hormones - the only hormones that cause the breast cancer to grow once you get it.
2) We're drinking glue. The #1 protein in milk is Casein(80% of protein in milk), the same glue we use to hold a wooden furniture together. 3) Green Leafy vegetables have lot more calcium than milk. Human breast milk - 33mg Calcium per 100gm portion; Potato Chips - 40mg; Beans - 50mg; Chick Peas - 150mg; Amaranth Grain - 267mg; 4) Protein inhibits Calcium absorption. 5) 60% of cows in America have Leukemia virus, 80% have Paratuberculosis which causes Irritable Bowel Syndrome; 4 million women in America have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. 6) Early puberty in Children in America due to powerful Growth Hormones - 59 different bio-active Hormones. 7) 500,000 kids in the New York area that have Asthma are drinking this glue everyday. Humans are the only creatures who drink other animals' milk. Interview of Robert Cohen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yMHvMAUDHj4&NR=1

"BELIEVE"

"Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful."

How it all works-The Earth & the Tectonic Plates

Its happening~& it all starts with the Earth's core & the tectonic plates...causing a natural reaction as well as disaster!
After doing my research studies last night, upon the warning of a tsunami hitting California from Japan enduring the Largest earthquake ever in history with a magnitude of 8.9, I decided to evaluate the possibilities that California & all around the world can actually endure.
Scientific evidence has proved that this has happened in the past & is only bound to happen Now & in the Future!

We are living in an amazzzzing planet that is alive & thriving...floating in outer space, undergoing its natural evolution while enduring the consequences of human destruction...
